I really fancy a coffee but I know everyone else in the office is thinking the same thing so if i stand up i'll not only have to make my own coffee but also about 5 others, should i hold out til someone else breaks........

Go for it. My daughter made me coffee last night for the first time in her life. It was the best coffee ever. Fresh ground beans and fresh cream. Wow! It was a great dinner topped by great coffee.
So to answer your question...yes coffee. You will be a hero.

next time that happens get single coffee packs and heat up some water in microwave. that way you don't have to worry about making coffee for everyone. Or they like the way you make coffee. But for right now go and fix it and make mine two suger and one cream.

Me personally, if the vibe was just right, I'd just say "Okay, here's where I play the jerk. I'm only getting coffee for Myself because I ain't running a Starbucks here. The rest of You all are on Your own. Now if each of You all want to pay Me $1 each,......" They'll probably hate You for it, but if You don't nip the problem in the bud, it'll only get worse.
