Yes, all mammals have navels where their umbilical cord used to be attached.

The belly button is just below the rib cage, which is just like humans. But the cat's navel is different. It is hidden under its fur and resembles a scar rather than the human's oval-shaped navel. This is because it is the remnants of the umbilical cord, which the mother cat cuts with her teeth just after the kitten is born,

My cat does. It is mostly hidden in her fur, but it's there, a little bare patch.

As the previous poster said, cats are placental mammals, and all placental mammals have an umbilical cord. The reason we don't need to cut it is that the mother cat licks/bites it off after the kittens are born.

Yes. Every placental animal has a belly button. It may be more or less visible, but it is always how the fetus gets nutrition from the mother.

I'm thinking that would be no... because there is no umbyllical cord to cut. However, I could be wrong. But, if you think about it, when a mother cat has kittens there is no umbyllical cord attaching the two. But then how would the kitten get nutrients while inside the mother? I honestly have no idea.
