Firstly that depends on what you mean by 'dominate'.
However, the wise shall lead because they understand that the dominant will fail because control is an illusion, and the meek never assert themselves..

Someone said that if the meek did inherit the Earth, they would not hold it for more than a few seconds. Such a saying as meek people controlling anything is absurd, as are many more in the Bible and other holy books. The ones who dominate are the ones who know how to dominate. They may be dumb in every other way, but they know how to gain control of people.

To me, in action, the above allows for the better interaction with people of all nations and the treatment of "nature" on the planet. Also, I think showing the above qualities IS smart.

sometimes i worry that the less intelligent and loudspoken ones will,
while we sit around and think, and try to be diplomatic and analyze everything, the others will run right over us, and not care!
so i think you must be smart and not meek (strong, loud, opinionated etc ) to dominate, maintaining compassion for others as best you can,

depends, some meek are astute/wise others are dumb
some smart pple may be wreckless
