That happened in my early twenties, when some of my parents advise became real instead of just a load of words.
Now I am starting to realize, a thing about lots of things, but I am more willing to learn and listen to my elders, even though it may not change my outlook, I appreciate the knowledge.

Ignorance WAS bliss. Thanks!! LOL. Well when I was 16 I knew absolutely everything. I took a while but eventually, the lights came on.

i think you always can learn something...that one is never too old to find some new truth to something...hell, I am 36 years old and am still learning....I know more than my kids, but less than an older adult.
