Phobia simply means fear from something.
Peladophobia means fear of bald people.

People seem to forget that "phobia" means hatred as well as fear, so the word may men "fear or hatred of baldness."

We Fear what we do not understand. Homophobia does not mean a racism against Homosexuals, A Prejudice is merely not agreeing with something that you do not believe in, or accept. Most Homophobic fear the other and are not willing to accept any other belief than what they have been taught. Regardless, Racism of any gender, Race, etc...is wrong. Regardless of what we have been taught or how we believe.
