Bush?-No-But give him time. He remains in the process of trying to spin the whole deal into a postivie legacy. And given the laziness of our media and the partisanship of many of our historians, he just might succeed. I guess that would count as "Bush having learned something."
Me?-Not much-All of what has happened in Iraq was predicted beforehand; but those doing the predicting were given only minimal media coverage. Although I was somewhat surprised that the Iraq debacle had such little influence on the 2004 elections-the voting public's gullibility was deeper than I realized.

To learn a lesson requires intelligence, guess that lets GW out judging by the fact that they are running exactly the same tired BS campaign against another oil rich nation, Iran. Same rhetoric, imminent danger, same tired bullshit and no proof yet once again. The man hasn't the braincells to understand that if the US and it' allies can barely contain 25 million Arabs then 70+ million Persians will be impossible.
For the chickenhawk repubicans. I am not a democrat or a republican, I use my brain to think for myself and read and analyze reports from all over the world. I do NOT spoon feed myself information from my local hickville press.

I hope he did ? Invading a country is not an easy task. People defending their country fight hard and with out fear.
If i learned any thing, yes i would never engage in an offensive war.
My Best Regards.

No Bush didn't learn anything. But we did. We learn what an evil group of people are running this nation.

I learned that most tend to take an 'immediate gratification' policy on the U.S. strategic level goals.
Think long term. Look at the middle east 'REGION' not just Iraq.
Have a nice day.

Yes, That by occupying Iraq we have Iran surrounded via Iraq, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Not to mention an overwhelming military force in the Persian gulf to their south. The country whom has provided more weapons and money to terrorists, (BTW we are at war with terrorist and those whom support them). GWB received a 5 minute standing ovation from Democrats and Republicans after warning the Axis of Evil that we are coming unless you change your ways for we must protect the security of Americans AND the security of our economy, the terrorists real target. I prefer to be over there than having my 5 little girls standing in soup lines over here.
Terrorism is like crime it will NEVER be gone. The best we can do is reduce the river of monies flowing to them and reduce it to a trickle therefore denying the means to destroy our economy and spread there message of hate.
