No I don't think it should.
Humans should just have more will power and restraint! Why spoil it for the people who use it sensibly?
Same as the whole raise taxes on alcohol rubbish...I'm not a frequent drinker, but when I do go out I'd like to be able to afford to buy a bottle of wine and the entrance fee to the club!! Why penalise the sensible drinkers just to stop binge drinking...i think it's silly.
My opinion! lol

no it shouldn't but i think there should be more help for addicts and banks should maybe question multiple transactions on switch cards for hundreds of pounds to online gambling sites.

No.
Personally, I have no use for it at all. period. But I do recognize the rights of others to spend their time and money as they see fit.
So long as their activities are not harmful to anyone but themselves, it's not our place to tell them otherwise.
