You're never alone as long as you have yourself. Real happiness comes from knowing there's nothing left you want from this world, because you are all you need. Now if you don't believe that, prove me wrong. Not to sound religious, but how lonely do you think God feels at times when he realizes that we are just the puppets that he made.

Yes. Sometimes people need to be alone, & it's good for them. However, too much alone time for some can have a negative effect. I agree that one can still be lonely, even with a other people around.

Yes, if they fully accept themselves and like themselves. This isn't to say that they don't get lonely sometimes. Even people who aren't alone get lonely.
