I didn't eat as much as I have in past years. I think this is mainly because I prepared it this year and I had munched on things all morning. I ate a small plate and talked with my boys and then went to take my Thanksgiving nap.

I ate too much dessert...{that's what I ate more of than anything}...but as for stuffing myself this yr I didn't. I had one plate of food. I should of went for seconds but I was a good girl :) We were there long enough I could of had more but for some reason I just didn't. Not that I didn't want it, b/c I did. I had a great time w/ my family I love them so much but something was missing & I don't know what it was.

I never eat too much. I only eat enough until I am no longer hungry. That way, I never have to watch what I eat or my weight.
