Thanksgiving was....alright. I mean it was nice we ate good. Though I didn't shove a ton of food onto my plates like everyone else. I had like maybe half a plate or a little more, thats's about it. I had a lot of cheesecake though. It was a small get together. And there was nothing much to do. All they cared about was one of the most pathetic and useless sports in the world, football. Other than that it was nice.

How was yours?

blondie.

My Thanksgiving was sad and happy. Sad because this is my first Thanksgiving without my mom. (She passed away in Feb) I didn't get to hear her "Gobble, Gobble, Happy Thanksgiving" phone call that she makes every year. Always made us laugh.
Happy because we had been invited to dinner from my grandmothers friend and we had my mother in law and her new husband there to share it with all of us. It was also my daughters first Thanksgiving. (she is 11 mo's old). I kept my mom close to my heart by having a picture of her tucked in my shirt.

Yes. We had a wonderful lunch at my husband's grandparents house.
There were at least 35 people there, everyone got along well together and it was an enjoyable time.
