yes, its scary so I try not to think about it. the more I question it the more I think I need help. The more help I get the more diagnosis I get the greater my chances are of not having a normal life which will perpetuate my mental instability. So its best to medicate and just try and quitely sneak by without letting my thoughts out to too many people.
