Absolutely. Remember what is always said at kid's parties and holidays, "It'll end in tears." For each condition there is an equal and opposite reaction.

I think this is why people feel such a downer at Christmas; the media etc. gets them all hyped up to work for and expect "the perfect Christmas" and then when they realise that it's still their same family bunch, with the same problems and issues, and there's no 44 minute TV "magic", the reaction sets in and they feel let down and cheated.

I think, the saying is: No one flying high will not fly back down- means "not must come down", it is really natural...that will go back down.
IF it applies to life?, well--not all the time, because there are those who really born lucky to be always on top..or sometimes, it depends on ones fighting spirit...like you, if you believed that anytime you fall down, you can stand up again, it will really happen, thinking positive will help you achieve your goal..add prayers...and youll see that you can bring/handle any situation calmly...not like you think- a crashing way.

In a strange sort of way it may be right.Human life is a dynamic resemblance of the cosmic energy. So,as there are changes in the universe every moment induces changes in all forms of life.Just as the seasons in a year-spring followed by autumn or fall when the trees shed there flowers so does good times make way for harder times.

mhm. it definitely happens. sad, but true.
but it's okay.
there's this saying i heard once upon a time:
"happiness is a journey, not a destination."
and it's absolutely true.
you just gotta keep going, and let happiness come, and revel in it whenever it happens. but stay optimistic. some kinds of happiness last for long periods of time.

Nope, I think the saying, "What Goes Around, Comes Around", applies more to life.

nope. what goes up never comes down in real life. if that Newton's law of gravity is true, how come gas prices never come down?

This is 2007, what goes up stays up!

End of story!
