I'm going to guess English isn't your first language, so if you want to be a doctor, or choose a career with a better future, although people will always need doctors, then explore what your real interests are. What is it that you love doing, and how could you bring that enthusiasm to other people as a way to make a living?

People will always need doctors, so if you are worried about job security, don't worry.
If you're asking about the future of medicine itself, I think that stem cell research is going to be a big part of it. (especially in light of the new breakthrough that means that we don't have to harvest fetal material anymore)
