As mentioned above, you can safely delete everything in the Recovery column unless your computer behaves oddly after SpyBot detects and quarantines some malware. All the things in the Recovery column are usually different malware and deleting them won't affect your computer in any way.

you can securely delete tracking cookies but with Trojans its other story
