well we have just finished our dinner but at lunch time I had Salad, cous cous and a tomato flavoured torilla wrap. Bloody dieting again

Either a salad sandwich (lettuce, tomato, carrot, chesse & ham) or a nutella sandwich (hazelnut spread with a "hint" of cocoa!
