the sky is not sealed. unless you mean the atmosphere around earth.
the sky, space, and the universe are still growing.
when god said, "let their be light..." he never gave the order for the light to stop.
the light is the stars and the planets and our own sun. they are always spreading outwards. and more are being made.
thus, the sky is not sealed.
