When trying to imagine the universe, infinity is illogical but if there is no universe then infinity becomes logical, and were it not for probes that will reach out to the edge of the universe, we could easily say that what we perceive is not real, for after a super novo there will be no record that life ever existed. It could be construed as just a dream? but we know we are experiencing reality.

that is a ruddy good question.. my head hurts after reading it.
so what your basicly trying to say is that after the next super novo theyl be no record of are exsistance so whos to say this isnt just a dream anyway. its a cool idea, but albert einstien might have a thing or two to say about it.
matter can only change into other matter, a supernova simply turns one thing into somthing else. it will still exist. just not as we know it.
good question though.
