My math teacher is like this. He always arrives in the classroom a few minuts before class and kind of "hangs out" with the students and talks to them about random stuff. During break and after class he will also talk if anybody wants to talk, about maths or anything else. He usually starts a lesson by writing a headline on the board, describing what we've been working on, then invites the class to tell him something about the headline. He sums up what people have said and then points to a problem that we can't solve or a situation we haven't considered. Proofs for all theorems are worked through, allowing any and all questions during the proof and always answering them fairly. He will allow the class to take the proof a different way than the textbook if he can see that the proof will work using a different approach. He always asks us to think about the possible next step, and asks us to consider the proof as a whole. Continued in "details"...

(continued) He then sets exercises for us to work on in class. He runs through another example while people start working on the problems, so if you didn't get it the first time, you get it the second time. He also sets harder problems you can choose to work on instead if you want a challenge, and extra problems for the people who are fast. As we are working, he'll walk among us and answer any questions we may have. Then, students go to the board to run through selected problems. He will quite often plan a lesson completely differently and do something cool and interesting. He is amazing at explaining the maths, he is funny and has the respect of everyone in class. He relates to each student on a personal level and really "gets" us. He says that he doesn't believe in reading maths at home, so we get no reading homework, only papers. His classes always have at least 1 grade point above average at national exams and we learn about twice as much as the people in the other classes.

She means you should have AT LEAST 250 words per paragraph, and the whole essay should be, AT LEAST 3 paragraphs long. If you are having trouble finding more to say, you should broaden your subject.
