I had to work last night on Thanksgiving! Do I get paid Holiday Pay which would be Time & A Half even though I am still on a 90 day Probationary Period?

It depends on employer policy. You don't say what country you are in. In the US at least, time and a half is mandated by law for hours over 40 a week for most jobs, but holiday pay isn't a matter of law, it's just what the employer agrees to pay you.

That is entirely up to your employer. There is no statutory right to holiday pay in the US. Even a regular non-probationary employee could be forced to work a holiday for no extra pay in nearly all states. A few states mandate overtime pay for certain holidays. This should be posted on the employee notice board at your job site if it applies to you.
