YES AND NO.
Yes you're right to be upset if he remembers his ex's number for example.
No if he can't even call his office.Know what, i don't know my number neither. I Got a new one 4 months ago, and i can't remember it. I love my boyfriend to bits, but i can't remember his number. i HAVE HIS WORK CARD ON ME. That can be a solution. Most of the time, we get lazy and don't try to learn numbers because they're on the phone- it's bad i know. That's why, when we lose our GSM it's the end of the world and we lose touch with SO MANY people. It's amazing !
A solution: give him a note book or something like that, something he keeps on him and write down your number with your favorite coulor. This could be his christmass present; they make very chic ones nowadays.
Take it easy. Kiss him when he'll come back home and softly, let him know it hurts you to know that he hasn't memorized your phone number. After that, be loving. He'll lurn it quicker than you can imagine.

I lost my cell. I didnt write down all of the numbers..ooops...I have days I am doing well if I remember my name....but I do remember my phone number from 20 years ago.....
We are guys....dont set the bar too high on the little things..so he can tell you how many yards the third striing tailback for a small college in Montana got last week for his fantasy football team........we have an amazing capacity for the bizzare...
So settle down and realize you love a moron..a lovable moron that you will have to pin the directions to the store and the list of stuff to get....

There are many things in a new marriage that one must get used to. I do think your husband should get his priorities in order.
Try not to stress so about the small things, but both of you should work towards focusing on each other. Perhaps he has too many numbers in his head - work, passwords, etc.
Suggestion....he should place your number in differemt locations - inside his wallet, his cell phone, in his office or place of work, and should manually enter it each time he calls for awhile instead of the autodial. It will work, and you have a lifetime ahead of you to work out the small details. I'm certain you didn't marry him only because of his memory skills. Best of luck to you both!

My husband doesn't know mine and I've had the same number for about 10 years - all the kids know it, mind you I don't know his number either - I rely on it being on the phone. Get him to write it in his wallet or something, it really isn't that big of a deal as long as he can find it without the phone.

heck, I dont know my own cell number let alone my husbands! I always have to look it up.. I don't know if it's wrong or not.. or we are just so busy in our lives that we over look things.. I remember lots of numbers and things .. but sum I still have to look up! I would be lost if I lost my fone book too.. But he should at least carry the number in his wallet like my husband did so he can look it up if he loses the fone book or fone again..

My hubby of 2 years still doesn't know my mobile number, and only 2 weeks ago learned what our house phone number is, although he still needs help with that.
I guess its a guy thing. They have more important stuff to deal with. Like what to wear to work =)

i does no longer locate it atypical for my better half to no longer "comprehend" my telephone type because of the fact with cells that is no longer mandatory. A backup of one's 'address e book' could be stored yet there is not any reason to memorize numbers whilst with the frenzy of a button or 2, your telephone will locate and dial it for you. Of each and every of the numbers in my telephone, i in my view "comprehend" the form of my suited pal (because of the fact i've got heard her tell it to others lots of circumstances). in any different case, there's no longer a type in there of pal or relatives that i comprehend by way of heart.

Actually, I can't remember my wife's number either. Because I always call it from my phone, where I have a special short code for her. Just make sure you give him one of your business cards or write down your number and put it in his wallet so that if he loses his phone, he can still call you.
I wouldn't get angry.

That's a good sign. It's either early signs of menopause or your hubby's gonna catch Alzheimer's someday. Either way, guys who have such trendy gadgets get lazy at doing even the easiest things, like remembering numbers. Try changing your into something easy to remember. That'll help.
