can you recommend a company to make custom embroidered patches in small quantities?

I have a design that I want to make into an embroidered patch about 10x10cm with just 2 colours. I need to find a company to make them but the caveat is that I only want to get 20 made. Who will do it? Bonus points for a UK company.

You can actually order just one custom patch at http://www.mutinyshop.com/

Mutiny Shop specializes in low quantity orders. They actually no minimum order. 1 custom patch is $7 (with velcro). But they are made out of PVC, not embroidered. I like the vinyl patches more. But they have tons of pics on their website so you can decide if you like it or not. Also I have never seen anyone even willing to sell a single custom embroidered patch, so they're like your only option if that's what you need...
