been off the pill 6 mnths my partner and i are trying for a baby,never had 'spotting' before until now whats it all about ,when it started do i class it as day one???

Depending on where you are in your cycle (meaning that your period is due in the next few days or so) then yes it could be classified as day one of your period. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.

It is the right time for you to start your menses after being off the pills. So the bleeding will take sometime before coming back to the normal amount. Since you are trying to have a baby i suggest you consult a Obstetrician for a general check up.. Its always good.

It cold be your period, or you are trying too hard. This happens sometimes.
