I'm confused at because someone dislikes Our President. That they want to put Our Soldiers down. By wanting them to stop doing what they have so much concern in doing. Which is, Protecting this Great Nation and they show their Love for!!
How can you support them. When you're not allowing them to do what they show so much Pride in doing?
Those are my thoughts. And I certainly welcome yours!!!

It's simple, Folks!! The Terrorists are either over there? Or over here. I prefer Our Military keeping `em away from us. While also freeing a Nation from the Terrorists that do them harm.

I do support the troops, but as a wife of a severely injured soldier, I would like to see all this chaos come to an end. The life that we have had to live is unthinkable and I wouldn't wish it on my WORST enemy. I know we have to stop the terrorists, and I know it is best to fight them on foreign soil, but believe me, they are already in the USA and have been for many years.
Speaking as one who has been fighting the system both Army and VA just to get injuries addressed, It appalls me to no end that we went to war without planning for the causalities. The President didn't bank on anyone getting hurt, he seems to have thought we could fight and defend and wouldn't need any medical care when our husbands came back.
My husband and those that were there with him, gave their utmost, and now the government doesn't want to take care of them. It infuriates me that we suffer not once because of the injury but then a second time because of the screwed up system.
I understand that our President has a humongous job, but honestly, the medical care shouldn't be put on the back burner. We owe it to the men and women, the best medical care that the USA has to offer.
I just want an end to the fighting, and I want a little peace in my life. Our lives have been destroyed as we know them, and now I live with a man, that I am trying, although it is hard at times, to fall in love with again. If the USA focused more on making a difference in the home front and taking care of its own, and allowing others the space to foot their own responsibilities, we might not have as much terror in the USA.
We are just too gullible for our own good. It amazes me that even after everything, explosives still get on aircraft. What are we doing here?????? I love this country, and I love my husband. As a person that has given up a normal life, I just want a break.

I do support our troops that's why I want them home.
Nobody joins the military to get into a war.
I know a lot of people who joined the National Guard because there are NO jobs because our politicians let the businesses go overseas for cheap labor and to put lead paint on our kids toys.
They felt that if they were called up to serve it would be to help Americans...after disasters like floods and hurricanes.
We can fight and win any war just by launching a few missiles so why do we have to endanger our youth?

We can support the troops because many of them had no idea that a psychopathic imbecile was going to start an illegal war. Those who have joined since the beginning of the war still deserve our support because they, at least, are putting their lives on the line for what they believe - even if some may be misguided.

Soldiers are duty bound to obey the orders of the officers placed over them and the President of the United States. They have pretty much surrendered their right to 'just say no' when it comes to war. It's quite a sacrifice and a noble one. The problem creeps up when politicians apply these soldiers in a way that the population/electorate disagrees with.
So yes, it is entirely possible to support the soldiers who are doing their duty while still having issues with those who may have sent them to fight an unpopular war.

Speaking for myself, I was merely addressing the issue of how one can support soldiers but not necessarily a war.
It was not meant as a statement on the right or wrong of any particular conflict... and it was not my impression, until your secondary comments, that it was going to be the gist of your question that... by the way, you already had your own answer to.

It is the concept of war that I don't support! I will always give my total love & support to our troops! My like or dislike of a particular president has not one iota of influence as to how I view war nor does it lessen my love of our military men & women who are doing the job they have chosen to do!
Thank You for the chance to say this!
God Bless America!
God Bless Our Troops!
