I try to be humane about this one, but if I was on the list for getting a new liver and this evil monster got one before me, I dont think i would take it very well.
If he wanted to kill himself why hasnt he suceeded with all his 'attempts'. I don't think he should be getting a new liver off of anyone.

I don't think I'd want to know who got any organs which were donated by a loved one personally, whoever it was. As for this case there are far more deserving people than Ian Huntley and of course I'd rather it went to someone else, but I wouldn't like to see anyone refused life saving treatment, even this poor excuse for a man. At least he won't be happy about it anyway, he wants to die after all.

I don't think he should recieve one. And certainly not one from someone in my family. And before I get the what if it was your son blah blah. It's NOT! And if it was, he would be dead already. Because if either of my kids turns out to be a child rapist and killer, I will kill him myself. No problem!
And a humane society would euthenise people like that...that's the most humane thing.

This is very difficult in that, as you say, we live in a humane society.
Many deserving people wait years for a transplant and as this person so obviously wants to die I think he should be kept alive for as long as possible, but with the use of drugs as opposed to a transplant.

Of course he shouldn't recieve one FFS!!! What are you thinking? He has committed despicable acts and has therefore in my view given up any right to help in any form from this 'humane' society.

What a dilemma. Not sure of what to say. Donor families are never told where their loved one's organ are going and I fear that this may make people wary of giving permission

Honestly I wouldn't be upset.
The man wants nothing more than to die right now it seems, if a relative of mine's liver went to him it'd bring more punishment than relief, therefore no qualms.

As a compassionate human being, I wouldn't be against him getting a loved one's liver, but it's not something I'd WANT exactly.
To Dave -
if your loved one needed a life-saving liver transplant, and the only doctor available was an immigrant (as many doctors are), would you refuse to let him/her operate?
Yeah, thought not.
lol it's often the most ignorant people who resort to being cocky when their ignorance is shown up for what it is.
