When my ship was overseas, the command got the idea of putting boxes of them on the gangplank for us to grab on our way out on liberty call. Because of the rate at which they were disappearing, they thought it was successful... until they saw the local children playing with all the funny looking balloons.

I've blown them up and dipped them into chocolate fondent. Let dry / harden. Then untie and pull out the condom. You have an interesting, hollow chocolate bar.

put them over a flash supressor on a weapon if you are in water/rain. It will effectively keep water out of the barrel and preven against unwanted corrosion.
I know this has been used by Navy SeALs and troops back in Vietnam.
