I want to use clay to make roof tiles. I need to make a tool that allows me to quickly create all the tiles the exact same shape. Any suggestions?
PS If youve ever seen roof tiles, they are curvy.

make a plaster mold of the tile required.
cover with plastic sheet do not let plaster mix with clay, when fired it will expand and explode " I am a Potter"
you will only need one mold make it thick,
role out your clay ( stone ware clay"
make it about 10% thicker than you want the tile when fired clay shrinks.
role clay out and place on molde and use hands to shape the clay to the contures of the mold cut excess of and let sit for 5 min,
them place on a bord and cover do not let the clay dry to fast ( cure ) the clay or it will worp and crack.
you will require 3 or 4 molds/

You can put them in checked luggage. You can't take them in carry on - not only are Tools banned but they are in a category that is banned also called tools. I lost a pair of ordinary pliers to the failure to use common sense.

They are BARREL and they are poured, then fired in molds.
