It looks like you have 512Mb RAM and 64Mb is shared with integrated graphics. It is the weak and slow integrated graphics that will slow down your games. Adding a dedicated graphics card and increasing RAM to 1Gb would do wonders to your PC.

RAM comes in increments of 8-16-32-64-128-256-512 and so on.
I think you are misreading your RAM or have one heck of a huge O.S. involved here!
But, if you are even remotely close, yes, it shold work.

what is your graphic card???
looking from your ram size, it very likely you use onboard graphic card.
NFS prostreet wont work with onboard graphic card. even if it work, the game will be slow that you wont enjoy play it
