I WILL BE TRAVELLING AROUND THE EU AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE CHEAPEST COUNTRIES TO GET MY TOBACCO FROM

Latvia is part of the EU and yes, it´s the cheapest country for ciggies. Followed by Lithuania (0.42p), Estonia (0.73p), Romania (0.88p), Bulgaria (0.90p), Poland (0.99p).

In France a pack of 20 Marlboro is €5.30
Certainly not the cheapest.

From memory in Germany it's about €3.50

I would say Portugal would be your best bet

A pack of Marlboro here in Bulgaria is about 2 euro and in 2008 will be 2.25 euro but we have many other brands which are not bad but cheaper.
