Most of the time I catch it, enjoy it in the moment and then let it go.

I catch what's going on by my self-criticism. I have never let the WHAT going on.

most of the time, I'm like a net
I let go of all the small things, and catch all the bigger things that I can't let slip through. Sometimes in order to know the reasons for bigger things, you have to let the bigger things go. Sometimes you have to hold onto small things, because it's what prepares you for the bigger things
Like my profile says, sometimes you have to let things go, and just remember what it's for.
