No way in hell should he get a transplant in fact he shouldn't be receiving any care for it!
Let him rot in hell, preferably in agonising pain and even then it won't be enough to atone for what he did to those two poor girls

As a nurse it would go agains my beliefs to let someone die however I also know how many people are on liver transplant list and many are children.
They go by many factors in deciding who gets the liver when one comes available so let us just hope he does not make it to get one and some other person does get one.
He can refuse treatment and you do have to take that into consideration but as Mrs says let him suffer he put those girls and family through hell and that is where he needs to go HELL!

This is a really hard one. Gut instinct says let the b*stard die. Would I really want either my or one of my loved ones organs going to him?
Then I can't help but think how low would that make us? How far would we take it? Would we deny offenders their medication? Do we refuse to treat prisoners who become sick? If one of them fell and broke their leg, would we refuse to set it?
While the UK does not have the death penalty then it is our responsibility to take care of our prisoners, including offering the medical treatment they require. Regardless of how abhorrent the crime we have to fulfil our duty of care or we become no better than the barbarians that we punish.
If he really doesn't want to live, then like any non-incarcerated person he should have the right to refuse medical treatment. His case may be complicated here though as I believe (although I'm not 100% certain) that there was a question over his mental state and he may therefore be deemed unfit to make that decision.

HARD question!!!!!!!
Really.
If he wants to die, then to punish him he should be made to live,
but to give him a liver that a better person than him DESERVES? No, you can't do that. Let the twisted 'man' die, an agonising death. Or it could all be a ploy, like his counterpart, Myra, got. Tell the world he's dead but in reality, given a new identity & released.

The doctors can't let him die Bex on ethical grounds as they have a duty under the Hypocratical Oath to save his life. Because of my beliefs this poses a real problem for me as he should live out this life and return to spirit when it is his time. Leaving this life would be too easy for him anyway so his 'punishment' if you like would be to just stay here and sit it out.

problem is, the doctors cant just let him die. its against the oath they took. he certainly doesnt deserve one. i have no doubt that there are far more deserving cases. i hope he suffers and is in terrible pain for the rest of his hopefully long life. death would be the easy way out. let him live with what he's done.

He should be given one. I don't see why anyone should help him take the easy way out. He deserves to pay for what he did, death is too good for him.
I say keep him alive as long as possible. Who cares how much it costs, lets start a charity!

Not if it means someone who cares about other people misses out. I am sure Jessica and Holly's parents would agree with me.
