war with Iraq like all other wars we got engaged in is all about US war based economy. Structured after WW II, and still in use by our gov. 60 years after. But it's an old an obsolete strategy.
Posted links shows the companies value very low in 2003, and rapid rise of value in some of the major defense contractors, that proves the reason for better economy was war, and the end of war would bring record high unemployment, and a crashed stock market?!
Second chart for Oil corps and you also see the quick rise since 2003, the start of the war)

This isn't a war with (against) Iraq. It never was, or we would have been finished a long time ago.

Clarification added:

This war is not against any particular people. It is a war of ideas, principles. The application of military force is only one aspect of many that must be employed to bring this conflict to a successful resolve. We must remember this war was directed at the free world in general, and everyone has an interest in this fight. While no one wants war, everyone is involved either directly or indirectly. If we lose this, we lose everything that we stand for as free people.

The Iraq aspect of this war was not directed toward the people, great efforts were used to minimize collateral damage but it was neccessary to remove the leadership. Had the war been an instrument intended to oppress and destroy the people, the United States could have easily decimated the population as a whole, totally destroyed the infrastructure, etc. The fact that rebuilding is taking place, that peace and stability are desired are all the fact that a reasonable person requires to see this.

To pretend that this was all started by the United States is igorance of recent history, and worse, to believe that by igoring this problem now that it will all go away, is suicidal.

The war in Iraq should not have happened. However, since those people in Congress voted for it, we are in it now. To withdraw now is no longer an option. What this administration should be doing now, is to formulate a solid plan/formula on how to rebuild Iraq, not a stop gap solution like the most touted success of the surge which is empty. The longer they could come up with a solution, the longer our troops will stay there. Also I do not agree with the bleeding hearts of Congress to reduce the budget on this war while our troops are on the ground. It happened to us in Vietnam, I thought they no longer want that to happen again but we are going in that direction.

The funniest thing is that the Democrats who are now condemning this war also voted for it in Congress, because they did not read it properly like the Patriot Act. Then the Bush clique (Government functionaries who are members of the Skulls and Bones) are now eyeing Iran. This war with Iran must not happen this time, though, we have to finish our business in Iraq.

.its just not a war with Iraq. it is much bigger maybe world wide. the big picture is there is a big problem with Iran with no peaceable solution. the people in Iran are on the verge of revolution. (they are not our enemies). the best way to solve the Iran problem is let the people do it. having an democracy right next door would give the people of Iran the push they need.

Every time this comes up I never see this response, so again I will remind everyone.

Even if Iraq did not have WMD's (which I believe they did)
even if they did not have connections with Al qaeda ( which I believe they did)
even if they were not trying to seek nukes(I don't know about this one)
We had every right to invade Iraq.
after Gulf one Saddam signed a treaty, Saddam has never abided by this treaty. he continually shot at our planes in the no fly zone.
he continued to snub the UN resolutions.
he continued to threaten his neighbors.
for these reasons alone we were legally right to continue the war from gulf one.
this was not a new war that was the only mistake President Bush made,he did not sell this as a continuance of Gulf one, he made it sound as if we started a new war, when we didn't have to.
We will stay till Iraq can stand on it's own. If the left leaning Congress cuts off funding they will never win another election again.
that is why they are trying to attach strings to the new war funding bill to withdrawl. they have no balls to vote yes or no to fund the war. instead they continue to play games with our soldiers lives.

the american war in iraq is about oil and strategic control of the middle east. the us world wide aggression is about brow beating the world into accepting the american NWO or outright destruction to bring countries to heel.

at no point did the usa have a legitimite reason to invade iraq, either with WMD's or Terrorism. if that were the case, there'd have been a bigger war in saudi arabia. american imperalism will see the decimation of the american forces eventually, with the wanton rape of countries to suit american needs. american actions will be remembered for the greedy unjustified acts of genocide that they are.

Imagine you are the one responsible for the well being of 300 million people after they just suffered the worse attack in their country's history??...what an awesome responsibility!! I believe President Bush is doing what needed to be done. Everyone knows that Iraq DID have WMDs..everyone knows that those WMD's probably was on that convoy going to Syria in the days when GW was trying to satisfied the libs and attempting to go through the UN ..http://www.gwu.edu/~nsarchiv/NSAEBB/NSAEBB80/

There was also terrorist training camps in Iraq that needed to be neutralized..

Its easy to monday morning quarterback when you don't have the responsibility to protect a nation, but the terrorist are fighting our military over there instead of in our streets and that is what a president is suppose to do.

I honestly couldn't care less about the Iraqis except for their oil. I bet the people there don't even take a shower every day nor do they wear fabulous, expensive, stunning clothes like me! If only we hadn't been forced to invade them, then I wouldn't have to hear about how awful Bush is on the news. Let them eat cake, I say!

Its going much better now than ever before. Violence is down, fewer soldiers are being killed and if we don't prematurely pull out something good just might come out of it. If we pull out now we are just paving the way for another terrorist-support country in the middle-east and a puppet of Iran.
