So your looking adoringly into a llama's big dark eyes. your like, oooooh!--your so cuuuuuuute!!! you even wanting to sqeeze their cute little furry face,but instead are just filled w/joy and bliss looking at them.
Then all the sudden the thang jes makes a yeeeehaw almost sound, twirls their long neck around a bit then hurls a big brown spit right between your eyes ....... so what do you do?
[just my imagination, haven't seen one in yrs. actually, lol]

I would not smile at any animal, but a domesticated dog that I already know. In all animal smiling (showing teeth) is a threat

I'd grab it's stoopid head and bring it's neck down on my thigh smackdown style then I'd bite it on the jugular and spit out its fur into its face.
Then kiss it and leave it laying, twitching on the ground as I step over its limp body.
