go to dell's website http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen

enter your service tag. then open your device manager and see which device you have and download all the appropriate drivers from there.

I have used DriverMax from Innovative Solutions. It worked very well for me. But you will have to register to get the product key. It is free for home users. You can get it from

After installing just run a scan and it will save all your drivers to your default download location in a folder called My Drivers. Then burn this folder to a disc. After formatting you can reinstall the drivers from the disc.
