I cant define a good person sorry, but in general terms they have sound moral ethics, take responsibility, treat others with respect and never judge one person based on others.
The reality is you instinctively know when someone is good because somehow they touch your heart.
To ask such a question I would say that you are either a good person yourself or you are improving yourself, so I send my best wishes to you and hope that you become a great person.

Smart, intelligent, good I.Q. level, morality, conscience, super ego, doesn't buy sweat shop labor made items, even if they are low priced, helps the needy families with children, buys at least one Christmas present for a needy child for the Salvation Army to give on Christmas day, and doesn't laugh at people who are down on their luck and has less than them.

I always believe that a real kind person is someone who loves animals... I don't think it's possible for someone kind to hate and torture animals...
A good person would be not just a good friend, but a good child to his/her parents as well, for me... And whatever that he/she does is always for others... ^_^

A good person is the one that has a big heart/generous, always think of others first before himself or herself, who is always there to listen and give support, never holds grudges or ill feeling towards his or her foes, and never fails to communicate or greets you.

It is depended on what you want that person to be your boy/girl friend ? If it is then you he should care, responsible, considering person, always think and act consistant.

A person is good if he/she does good things and doesn't expect a reward in return.
The person isn't mean, doesn't envy people, doesn't want what's not theirs...
