I left my differin gel in the car overnight and it got down to about 35 degrees. I realized it and I got it out of the car - it did not freeze but it was stored at a low temperature for approximately 12 hours.

Will this have any impact on the medicine's effectiveness, should I use it?

Thanks,

Differin (Adapalene) for your acne should be fine. There's no reason why differin gel at low temperature should freeze up; as it contains alcohol in minute amts if any. Other effective topical acne meds are retinoid, Retin metragel; or tazorac. Good Luck!
