Visit the offices of the registrar of companies (ROC).

If you want to skip the ROC which is a government department and very shabbily run, you can still find out it you the annual report or financials of the Company. The foot note dislcosures (part IV of Schedule VI) provides this information - should be online for most companies.

Enquire in Department of Company Affairs.

Another enquiry ( most apt / suitable ) will be at Registrars of Companies office.

If it is a public limited company and a listed one, you will get it in the database of stock exchange.
