It is illegal??? I didn't noe that... Maybe many couples are doing it because they didn't know that it's illegal.
Even if they know that it's illegal, I don't think they would care. As if the police gonna come into every house and check if couples are having oral sex behind closed doors... Lol... some police might even be having oral sex with their wife... who knows... haha
Obviously no one would get arrested for doing oral sex. However, the thought of being arrested for oral sex is super funny.
The society is more westernize... and porn is widely available on the net... couples would be more daring to try oral sex too.

I think times have changed now, thanks to globalization and liberal views of sex influencing educated Indians. Oral sex is getting much more common among modern, urban couples. I really feel sorry for older generation people on what they've been missing thanks to their overly conservatism. Plus sex education was very, very poor in the past. Thanks to the internet, we can get hold of some good sex education books, materials online with graphics too. **** on the other hand is somewhat misleading, although entertaining at times, it shouldn't be seen seriously. I believe women as much as men need proper healthy sex education, else I've seen a lot of post in various forums where lack of proper sex education has led to a lot of marital discord, with either the husband or the wife not knowing the essentials of healthy sexual life, including oral sex.

Because the fact that something is illegal has never been a good enough reason for some people to not do something, especially for something as minor as a bj. oral sex is also something that's private enough that unless you tell lots of people or do it in public, no one should be able to find out.

Oral sex is still illegal in several states and it still goes on there. Unless they are in your bedroom, or you have your windows open, how are they going to prove it?

this is so pathetic. do u think the government is going to hav their agents watching all the malaysian ppl having sex? Its like ppl under 18 or 21 cant smoke, but they still do, why dont they get caught? its illegeal to hav sex under 18 but teens still do why dont they get caught? ur mom wont let you play vid gams after 12, u still do..how come u dont get caught? this is so bloody pathetic, its like asking how come we can only breathe in oxygen and not carbon dioxide. its a waste of time asking, and even stupider to answer, i cant belive im answering this.

It was illegal in the US until 5 years ago , even between hetro married couples . it had been on the books since the days of Increase Mather in 1675. thing was , everybody did it anyway , law or no law .

Throughout history a lot of people have not refrained from doing something just because a law forbade it. And I mean people in every country.
As long as those Malaysians don't get caught, they'll continue doing it.

I would guess that the government just has better things to do than bug there citizens bedrooms what they don't know they can't charge you with... but it would be stupid to do anything in public.
Be Careful it is not worth fines and 20 years in prison.
