No but I have stepped on a needle and had part of it break off and got lost in my foot. I got it out after 2 weeks of wearing something that made me STINK!

haha, i'm thinking no. But people do strange things. I'm sure people have done it on purpose though. I know people have drilled holes in their head. There are some strange people that actually believe this is good for you.
