Avril anyday.....she has done all kinds of music.be it rock(sk8ter boi........i sooooooo love it) or be it the more touchy ones(keep holding on....).she is too good,considering we don't have many female singers opting for the rock genre thesedays.....Though Rihanna is quiet good at her stuff and is emerging as a very talented singer,she has a long way to go before she comes where avril is.......As for fergie she looks good only with her band..that's what my opinion is,out of the three i would go for avril.

Rhianna, Her music has cooler instrumentals, and some of her deep songs actually mean something, then she has some club songs that you can party too and stuff, all her songs are good, on the other hand, Avril Lavigne doesn't come out with new songs that often, she has a lot of crappy songs, and Fergie, some of her songs are good, but some of her songs are really really retarded and lame, Rhianna is best by my opinion.

she started singing...say...during the 90's...?
