The Cowboys might very well end up being humiliated by the Patriots in the Super Bowl. That will give Dallas 4 super bowl losses, tying for worst, along with Denver, Buffalo, and Minnesota, even as they have 5 wins, which ties them for the best, along with SF and Pittsburgh.
The Patriots would become one of only four teams to have won 4+ championships, as they knock the Cowboys into the worst category. Does that cause Cowboys fans to hate NE as much as Pittsburgh (as the Steelers did beat them twice in super bowls)? Does it make anti-Cowboy people happy to see this coming? Is that a draw for those who don't like the Cowboys to route for the Patriots?

Yes, as I said, the Cowboys have 5 wins and 3 losses. Add one loss and they are tied for worst at 4 losses, even as they are tied for best with 5 wins.

NE to be at 4 and 2, will join the 4+ club as one of the best (actually behind SF (5-0), Pittsburgh (5-1), and Dallas (5-4).

9er's are still tops at 5-0, though...it'll only be a matter of time before Montana is eclipsed anyway. Records are made to be broken.

Ignore these goofballs...the Pats are a good team but the Steel Curtain is going to drop on the Cowboys like a pile of bricks...and then what are the most classless bandwagon fans (Cowboys) going to moan about...

First with admire to mexicorules4's remark approximately bandwagoners, specific, ninety 9% is in all probability an exagerration. yet i think of what he means is that effectual communities have a tendency to entice the bandwagonner followers, besides the undeniable fact that it is not ninety 9% of all the followers of those communities, so calm down adult males! I admire RUESTER above. he's a real fan that sticks together with his team by thick and skinny. enable's settle for it (and he admitted as plenty above) the Raiders have been awful these days. I easily can't stand the Cowboys, besides the undeniable fact that that's frequently because of the fact i'm a Redskins fan and that i stay in Texas, so it relish the ...uh..."banter" I easily have with pals right here who additionally take place to be Cowboys followers. i think of the guy who asked this question has a element and that i think of mexicorules4 above form of spoke to it above. very extensive-unfold communities do have numerous followers (no longer ninety 9%) yet plenty which will leap deliver whilst those communities grow to be much less dominant. and that i've got self assurance that those very fickle followers could be an identical people who get all irate whilst somebody busts on their team. Fickle all and sundry is particularly gentle to criticism and don't generally understand whilst something isn't worth of remark.

Let's not get too smug. Remember how everyone thought the Rams were going to run right through the Pats on the way to the Super Bowl 36 trophy and Brady got them down the field with 2 minutes left and no time outs? It ain't over till the fat lady sings. Let's just cheer for the Patriots to get there and if it's the Packers, Cowboys or someone else, we'll just have to cheer for the Pats and hope for the best. If we get too arrogant, we start to look like Yankees fans on the baseball board. No one wants to do that.

I am a pats fan for life but i must say cowboy fans have a lot of pride. don't expect them to cheer for anyone else. Its the Patriots fault that Romo can't handle alittle pressure. Thats where Tom Brady comes into the picture he can handle all the pressure there can be.

as a redskin fan i will definatley pull for the pats before i pull for dallas, but thats going to be a better matchup than you might think though dallas does have the potential to beat the pats as bad as i hate to say it but i do hope the pats humiliate the brokeback mountain gang if they do happen to be the team that makes it from the nfc

Are you asking for more bandwagon fans? Aren't half your core fans obnoxious and annoying enough? As if the Patriots weren't getting enough love because there in a 32 team league? I propose a new league, the Patriots Football league, featuring the Patriots alone. 19-0 every year, 100% love for them. Maybe Goodell will approve it.

Its bad enough scrolling over all the Pats fans (since week 8), not to mention the I hate the Pats in the name of stirring false controversy morons. Get a grip. Why would any self respecting core Pats fan want all the treacherous loser junk bandwagoneers from the Colts last year anyways.

Just because a person watches the game doesn't mean they have to choose a team.

When the cowboys and packers play I will be watching but not rooting.

as a 9er fan im kind of screwed because if the hated cowgirls win, they will have 6 titles beating us and pitt. if the pats win, then brady will be mentioned as equal or greater than joe montana (bradys boyhood idol). but in any event, im pulling for NE since brady is a local bay area product and i can never root for the cowgirls.

Cowboys have 5 superbowls last time i checked. And pats 3 right? When you win your 4th then talk until then don't talk unless you got that trophy! I didn't know you could read the future already saying your team wins there 4th right? Lets just see how the season turns out

IF the Patriots make it to the superbowl, they will lose. The score will not matter. Cheaters never win. Ever hear that old expression? So, I don't care what the scoreboard says. IF the Patriots make it to the superbowl, then hurray for the NFC champions!

As far as I am concerned, New England hasn't won a single game all year. They're doing worse than Miami. That's right. And the Dolphins have that big zero. How can they do worse? Well, the Patriots found a way. Losers always do.

I really hope someone knocks off New England so we can have a real superbowl.
