WICKED question! Excellent......also the hardest question ever.
Life is not black and white unfortunately.....too many shades of gray. You never know the whole truth about most things.
I do believe that some people are pure evil and can not be changed. they have no remorse for hurting, killing, maiming innocents and can't be judged by the same rules.
For me to have that kind of rage or ability to kill or condone killing, it would have to be witnessing something heinous to say a child or family member. You do things in protect mode that you could never do otherwise.
I used to be a big supporter of the death penalty but now I am less clear on my feelings. I am sure Ted Bundy had to die, i live near where some of his crimes were committed and he ruined so many live's. But we also knew for 100% certianty he was guilty. Thank God I did not have to be on that jury.

I think that in some instances one person killing another is justified. I can imagine scenarios where someone would deserve to be killed. Granted, I don't think most people will ever be in one of those situations in their lifetimes, but in an absolute sense I would say yes.
The problem with people killing people is that it is so hard to determine whether it's justified or not, or if someone deserves it. There's no black and white, only gray. So you would never know whether if it was right or not.

There are two questions right there.
do people deserve die? well, people have a short time life, so death is the only thing we have for sure anyway, -do not get confused - means that no matter how hard we try life will not last more than it does.
Do people deserve to live? every newborn of course do deserve it, but with the time all of us, one by one gradually are loosing that right, intentionally or not, we attempt against our own life and sometimes against the others life.
then the second questions come:
Do you think that people ever deserve to be killed by others?.
I don't think so! no one have any kind of rights over any one even over them selves, others than care, love and solidarity.
The one wo unconciously abuse of others and attempt against their life, even worst murdering them, since that very moment have already lost his or her right of be alive as well.
Unless the really be ashamed of what they did they do not deserve forgiveness.
my very personal opinion

The MORAL, answer (in my OPINION) would be that yes when they cause more destruction than good on purpose, and have that intent. This usually equals out to a psychotic murderer or a person similar in political stature, implementation, and goals as Hitler. Basically a consciousness should be a positive thing, not a destructive force. But then again how good of a judge can I, a human being be about another person's life when my opinion is fully biased towards me? The questions still lies in WHO should or can decide. sry for the long reply

Sure. I do. I don't do evil things. I don't kill things (well, maybe the moths in my pantry). I don't hurt people, but I know that I am worth than worthless. Everyone makes that clear as rain. My pastor has said that God doesn't care about me, either what I wouldn't do to be worth nothing. Right now, I am worth so much less than nothing, it isn't even possible to measure it. I'm guessing I was supposed to have died when I was a baby, like they thought I would. But I didn't. I should be killed.

No!
Christian answer: The New Covenant: Matthew 5:22 (original version from the Codex Sinaiticus or the Codex Vaticanus that doesn't include "without cause" )
Secular answer: If we look at recorded history, a much smaller percentage of people die at the hand of another today then ever before. We are becoming more civilized. If the human race lasts long enough, one day we may become hypercivillized and killing will be unheard of. Too bad we won't live long enough to see what that world looks like!

I gave you a star for interesting question but can't really answer it.
Do people deserve do die? Often. Do they deserve to be killed by others? That gets sticky. "He who is without sin, cast the first stone" comes to mind.
I hope you get some thoughtful answers on this.

Of course. Anyone who intentionally takes another persons life in a situation other than self defence, or war deserves to die. In wartime soldiers who intentionally kill noncombatants also deserve the death penalty.
Persons who commit rape or physical assault deserve to die as well. We don't have to be barbaric in executing people, just put them to sleep like for an operation and then give them a fast acting poison.

Genocide is a peculiar fact of life prevailing only in the human kingdom and is not practiced by any other species in the universe. A tiger kills a deer or a lion but never another tiger. I think it is the price man has to pay for gaining invincibility over all the living beings, which God has intended as his undoing.

they are ignorant and how dare they besides! no one has a suitable to declare all people has a suitable to die. John grew to become right into a great singer and composer. His remark approximately Jesus grew to become into easily taken out of context. He did no longer look religious (no one is acquainted with what grew to become into easily in his head) yet he grew to become into basically pointing out that they might fill a stay overall performance venue greater advantageous than the church homes might desire to fill and that i think of the church homes could no longer handle that.
