Your heart must be healed in order to be able to truly love again, so it's not fair for either party if one is still hurting from a prior relationship.
Most of us have had our hearts broken, sometimes more than once & hopefully we learn & grow from this experience, so that we're not damaged goods but simply a bit wiser.

I think that if you have a broken heart you need to wait before you jump into another relationship.

let your heart heal first before you jump into a new relationship..rebound relationships almost always never work!
