temporarily. unfortunately, you never know when the love you thought you shared with someone will change, and leave you longing for what you had and not understanding what happened for you to lose it.

Love...no. But the positivity that comes with it, yes. If someone is happy, they are more willing to be 'cured'. For instance a hate of guys (if you're female of course)...when you fall in love or find one who's just there as a great friend, it stays with you, but you are more receptive to the one you love. You change your thinking gradually, so that you like them.

It cured me. About 1 1/2 years ago, I was on the verge of suicide and then we got a new youth group director (who is also the student pastor for our church) and even with out me telling her about my suicide verges, I felt very comfortable with her. And I love her so much!!!!!!!!!! (not in the lesbian way, so do not take it that way). I will be sad when she leaves (she has to leave in May 08.
So, love cured me.

It doesn't cure anything, on the contrary...
Because when you're "madly" in love you lose your head and you're the happiest odd-crazy-dude around... And ooo-oh, what a joy that is!

Love has lifted me higher than I ever imagined I could go...and that was after I had given up on living. WOW!
Now, even disabled, I am going to go to MSU and study to be an ASL interpreter. YES! I CAN DO IT!
