I had my period on the 1st Nov. I started taking Vitex on the 11th Nov and my period came on the 17th Nov. When I worked out my ovulation it would mean that i would ovulate while i had my period providing it came within the same time every cycle.
I am 100% certain i'm not pregnant..
Has anyone else had this with Vitex? Is this what my cycle is now or is it just the Vitex kicking in and regulating?

That is very normal with Vitex. It can take up to 6 months for it to regulate your cycles. It probably stopped your ovaries from releasing any eggs and you just had an anovulatory bleed. That is totally normal when using Vitex.
