A trusted friend? A dog (pet) they never tell. You may email me as I will let you vent and I will not judge you or your actions for we are all sinners to some degree.

Sometimes it's hard to say things to the ones closest to you, but I usually try to get things out in the open. I agree that it would be nice to have a magic someone that you could call upon whenever you needed them and unload anything to them so you could feel as if you got it off your chest and then you really wouldn't have to confront the person you needed to tell...make sense???

Try writing it out (seriously, I write a poem, and it lets it out), let someone you know well and feel comfortable with, or the last resort, counseling. Believe me, do not go into counseling not knowing what you're thrusting yourself into; I was put into family counseling by my mom without choice and without knowing what I was going to be dealing with. It was (and still is) uncomfortable, especially the first meeting, and she brings up personal things (i.e., how I feel aboot my father who never has or will be the loving concerned parent involved in my life, how I'm feeling, that I should be taking anti-depressants, how being made fun of has affected me, those kinds of things) that I prefer to deal with on my own. Bueno luck.

Family? Never. Friends? If I trust them enough. But, I guess I trust the wrong people. Long story short: don't trust my friends with a big secret!!!!!!! I don't know who I'm supposed to talk to if I can't trust family or friends.

I talk to my invisible friends on the internet. They tell me what I want to hear. Then I give them my credit card number.

it is easier for me to say what i really want to in a letter.
when i get angry, i just write a letter.
and get everything out.
its really nice.
and later i read it, and if its too rude or something, i wont sent it.
but if i think it will help, then i send it.

I have things I won't talk to anyone about. It doesn't do me any good to talk about them. I don't want to bring anybody down either and I don't want to be brought down.
Good luck
