spirits? I would imagine that there would be some stories out there. Or how about real estate?Any real estate workers who have had a ghostly encounter?

When my dad was younger, he had an Aunt that lived in New York and he said when he was sleeping, he woke up in the middle of the night with a weird pain in the right side of his body. It lasted about a minute and then he just went back to sleep. The next day, he learned that in the middle of the night his Aunt had a heart attack and because of the time difference (Oregon vs. NY) it was about the same time he woke up with his pain. And the trippy part is, it was on her right side too.

Hospital, May 2002, Memphis, TN, CICU (Cardiac Intensive Care Unit).

Dad had been there a month in a coma. The week before he died I was in the family room resting on the provided recliners we all slept in too. It was after lights out, but the hallway was still brightly lit. By then the halls were quiet, we could see on 3 sides around us, it was all glassed in.

I looked up to see, standing inside the room with us, a nurse all in white, cap, crisp uniform like the 60's, she looked right at me,smiled & walked through the wall, out into the hallway & then right through the brick wall that went NO WHERE! I never saw her again, but I wasn't the only one who saw her either.

REAL ESTATE: Lot of haunted places exist. I've lived in several, been driven out of 2 by hateful ghostly beings that tore up a Christmas Tree & caused us to sell the house. One terrified my large Afghan Hound dog, same one tried to harm my then 2 yr old daughter by unlocking the doors & letting her play in the freezing snow while we were asleep. It slammed the master bedrooms bathroom door all nite long the first night we slept there.

It is said that people with 3rd eye avoid hospitals and wakes coz it has the most no. of ghosts.even churches too.
I was assigned in an intensive care unit in a major hospital, i was not feeling better so my prof allowed me to rest in a small room inside the ICU. I heard someone say "hey, what are you doing". i realized i was alone and everybody is at the far end of the room. I went hurriedly to join them. i was scared.

I was confined in a major hospital. I was alone and my caretaker has not arrived yet. It was November 1that time and i am in a private room watching TV. As i was watching my bed violently shaked like there was an earthquake. i checked out the walls and surroundings but everything is stayed put. the nurse asked me,who the man was who left my room. I told her i am alone and my female caretaker has not arrived yet. I have many to tell. that's just a few.

Yes, when we lived in this house which was built in the 1920's and built on to many times. There were quite a few ghosts and 2 of them at first were children. After a while there were even more. There were also orbs all around the house and in the house the whole time we lived there. When I was pregnant with my son there was one that would hang around and at first I only saw him at night in the bathroom. Then he started coming in my bedroom. After I had my son he was still around and he scared him bad. There were 2 others that scared him as well.

well, i'm a minor but i live in a house that has a bad sensation to it. i believe there is a ghost that visits often. i see them and hear them talking to me, plenty of real ghost stories there that i have encountered (not just a home, but at school, and even out of the country!). so i would imagine the real estate agent who sold my family this house would have felt the same...
but i'm not sure.

There used to be an old mental institution that was right by my house. Conveniently there was a police station RIGHT next to it. I still broke into it before it got torn down. While I was in there we fished around in patient files, walked in patient rooms. When I was in the church I could hear people whistling, when we were walking down the hall we could hear footsteps above us. We walked to the top floor that contained one room, and tried to open the door (there was nothing obstructing it) and when I finally got the door halfway open I heard a child scream! We ran down 5 flights of stares so quick like our lives depended on it! I have chills thinking about it. I'm glad that building isn't standing anymore, too many teens like me breaking in for a good time.

The closest to locations would be a Cemetary.

I went with my mom and her boyfriend to her boyfriend's anual family reunion.

I was playing with kids outside and the balls we were playing with kept getting into and by this lining of trees. Whenever I went near it I heard things.

So I wandered over and crossed the line of trees through a little place that was worn down and dipped. There was all this noise. It sounded like a construction site. Tons and tons of load noises. Then I noticed Tanks and other things rolling around over the grave stones without effecting them. There was construction equipment as well.

So many things were going on, I could hear people and gun fire and people were ducking down like they were in trenches. It kept getting worse but I was haveing trouble leaveing.

It was like accidents, battles, fighting, rage, gunfire... mania. It was insane.

Someone pulled me out to yell at me because I was standing there for God knows how long.

Many people seem to think there are likely to be more ghosts at places where trauma was experienced, like asylums. Such places tickle their spooky bones.
