look this would depend on the impact
Force That will act upon the person = Change in momentum / Time of impact
Stress = Force of impact / surface area it has fallen .
Now when feces falls it will cause the head to compress .mean it extended.
strain = extension / original length .
If Stress/ strain of the impact is greater than the young modulus of the person then it could kill him if not he would be fine.
If you use logic then i would say no it would be yucky and smelly
