You will need two addresses, and or two well known locations. Example Miami FL international airport to Naples FL Downtown or actual street address with zip code.
Once you give info, it will give you turn by turn, direction, time and other goo info.

On the bus? Maybe like 4 hours. Greyhound makes many different stops. Be prepared. Bring a snack or two, something to read, an iPod, a PSP, your cell should be fully charged, and a pillow and blanket (in case you want to nap).

An estimaited 2/3 hours, depending on the route you take and how fast you drive.
When I went I got my directions from map quest and it took about 3 hours...though it might be faster for you 'cause my father drives very slow
