go to my room and listen to music. not "depressing" music but just music I like or something with a good message.

they say laughter is the best medicine and guess what it is, research has shown that a cheerful heart heals faster than a broken one. the bible also say; " That a cheerful heart does good like a medicine." rent a couple of very funny films, go see a comics routine at a local comedy club with a few of your friends, hang out with cheerful people,their contagious: here's a couple of hilarious choices: 1. the original nutty professor, 2.plains trains and automobiles, 3. young Frankenstein, 4.high anxiety and 5. history of the world part 1&2. go, have a great time.
