Has become. The same goes for the simpler verb "to come" as well. John has come to our home to visit.

4a. John has grow to be a touch good actor.. that's the perfect style. I even have become you have grow to be He has grow to be and so forth. became is used with out an auxiliary. Eg, John became a touch good actor. (that is used for a different annoying.)
